This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations related to services or purchases made on TestPay. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our refund processes.
Quiz Participation Fees
General Rule: Fees paid for quiz participation are generally non-refundable.
Once a quiz is accessed or started, the fee is considered utilized. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Technical errors preventing quiz access
- Platform downtime during quiz period
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team.
Wallet Funds
Important: Funds added to your TestPay wallet are intended for platform use.
Wallet funds can be used for quiz participation and other platform services. Regarding refunds:
- Withdrawals are available through our secure payment system
- Processing fees may apply for withdrawals
- Unused funds are generally non-refundable to bank account
- Technical issues with fund additions may qualify for refunds
Subscription Services (if applicable)
If TestPay offers subscription services in the future:
- Refunds available within 7-day grace period
- Non-refundable after substantial service utilization
- Specific terms detailed at subscription time
Account Cancellation
Note: Account cancellation doesn't guarantee refunds.
Users can cancel their accounts at any time through account settings. Please note:
- Account cancellation is immediate
- No automatic refund of fees or wallet balance
- Contact support for special circumstances
Processing Refunds
When a refund is approved:
- Processing takes 5-7 business days
- Refunded to original payment method
- Email confirmation sent upon processing
