Unless otherwise stated, TestPay and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may access this content for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Quiz Participation Rules

All quiz participants must:

• Answer questions honestly without external help
• Complete quizzes within the allotted time
• Accept results as final and binding
• Report any technical issues immediately

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TestPay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
